RCSC Chennai along with the participation of representatives from leading Russian Universities, conducted a webinar on the Russian Government Scholarship Program 2021, 22. A presentation will be made by RCSC about the grant and the application process, followed by presentations by representatives from Southern Federal University, MEPhI and Russian University of Transport.
