Penge, South London. M, S of French windows and an overgrown garden at the back of a school. A group of scruffy kids charge excitedly out of the doors past the camera. The house owner, Graham Beagley, looks after unwanted pets and runs the Find A Dog A Home scheme. He does not have time to exercise all the dogs so he gets local children to help. M, S of a row of ramshackle kennels with corrugated iron roofs. Dogs of different sizes are tied outside the kennels. The kids run down the path to the dogs.
