A great version of one of my favorite songs. Did not chart nationally, but released as a single around October 1958. Originally recorded by Bette McLaurin in 1952. Ella Fitzgerald and June Christy rushed out versions to compete and June s charted at, 27 on the Cash Box singles chart in February 1953 (I have this version posted also).
