Russian FM Lavrov addresses General Debate at UNGA

Russian FM Sergey Lavrov delivered a speech at the General Debate of the 78th United Nations General Assembly, giving Moscow s view on such topics as cybersecurity, the changing role of the Arab League, decolonization, Kosovo degradation, BRICS development, China s activities and the place of Russia in a rising global multipolarity.
