My Week of Training Plus How I Warm Up Each Day
I am continuing to add more each week and my ankle is feeling good with it Things were a little tougher this week but I kept pushing through. I think its important to show the good and the bad, not every turn is good but there is good in every practice. We also end with how I warm up each and every day. This is a slightly modified version of the National Team warm up and I continue to use.
