This was the 5th week of my meet prep for WRPF worlds, 3rd heavy squat session. I finished with a 3 rep PR with 443kg, 976lbs. My best triple before this was with 955lbs a while back. Right now I m 12 weeks out from the meet but still have a lot of heavy training left a head of me. Body weight is holding consistent around 308310lbs most mornings.
