There are many ways to make a lavender wreath. This video shows one way of making a lavender wreath using Grosso lavender. The wire frame and wire I bought at Michaels for like 3 bucks. The wreath is outside the camera frame when I am tying it off and trimming the ends but overall you will get the idea. Nothing fancy but hopefully helpful.
