Fireworks in the city NY

Hundreds of cars honking horns in front of NYC mayors house to make noise to protest the constant fireworks in the city for the past few days New Yorker here. So basically, our mayor is a useless turd. As for the fireworks, its a variety of reasons. From protests to people being dicks to people celebrating random shit. Heres the issue, fireworks are illegal in NYC unless you get approved by the local government. Issue, 2, THESE MOTHERFUCKERS DONT STOP LIGHTING THEM UNTIL 2 IN THE FUCKING MORNING, IVE BARELY BEEN GETTING ANY SLEEP AND I HAVE MY A, C ON MAX TO DROWN OUT THE NOISE, ITS DOESNT HELP. The city is slowly reopening and people are starting to go to work and normal people cant get any sleep because of the pricks. Never mind the fact that the NYPD is being defunded and cops are quitting left and right so they dont even bother.
