Abdullah Zeinab 2019 Trans Am Bike Race Interview

Today I had an opportunity to ride with the leader of the 2019 Trans America Bicycle Race, Abdullah Zeinab. He was more than happy to answer my questions. (Unlike last year s leader) It was such an honor to meet and ride with him. This man is breaking records on the Trans Am this year and he s doing it the old fashioned way. Later when the camera was off I asked him about his riding style. He explained that he could work really hard on the climbs for one KPH, or he could work hard on the flats for 5
