Cheapest Eye Make up

Anyone bought E. L. F Holiday Makeup palettes A Lot of you have requested me to do a Tutorial using really cheap Affordable Makeup Products cosmectics are most affordable and the sets were running out from the shelves. I figured i would get one and do a quick EyeMakeup Tutorial on it. The Eyeshadows are pretty shimmery and sorta Pigmented for how cheap they were.
