Shooting At Ballistic Gel To Simulate Human Bullet Wounds
German Soldiers shoot an assortment of firearms into ballistics gelatin to study the effects of bullet wounds on the human body. Ballistic gelatin is comparable in density to human muscle tissue. This testing was done during a NATO Special Operations Combat Medical Course to help medical teams better understand the damage caused by various ammunition.
