Double Bass Ukulele Demos

The instrument I m playing in this video is a DIY fretless acoustic ukulele bass. It s made from an artsandcrafts box with a screwon neck, roundwound strings and a 3D printed nut and bridge. It s intended to sound like a double bass, so it has a soundpost made from a pencil and a bassbar on the inside. It also has a weight that s held in place by a magnet, allowing the soundboard to resonate lower than normal. I still need to put soundholes in to sound even bassier.
