Police officer shoots driver to death when he clipped cruiser in chase

After a highspeed chase into a culdesac in Bloomingdale, Riverdale Police Officer Andrew Duffy fatally shot driver Michael Rivera, 32, of Newark as he struck a cruiser while trying to flee.
