Alder Lake Overclocking: Expectations 5. 7 GHZ 12900 K Example (feat. Maximus Z690 Extreme)

Now that we have learned all there is to learn about Alder Lake CPU overclocking, we can go in the BIOS and configure what I think could be a typical highperformance overclock with a Core i912900K and EKQuantum custom loop water cooling. I use the EKQuantum Magnitude water block originally designed for LGA1200 but with an LGA1700 bracket. Then I combine this with the parts from an EKQuantum Power Kit 360. For the motherboard, I use the ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Extreme and the 0096 beta BIOS. For demonstration purposes, I stick with the UHD Graphics 770 integrated graphics. The overclock consists of a single core boost to 5. 7 GHz, an allcore stable frequency of 5. 2 GHz, an AVX allcore frequency of 5 GHz, DDR56200 memory with Hynix ICs, a 4 GHz ring frequency, a 1050 MHz memory controller frequency, and the integrated graphics at 2. 1 GHz.
