Hi everyone, It s been a while since I posted a baking video, so here we go Cinnamone Swirl. Ingredients 120 ml, 0. 5 cup of Milk 1 egg 5 g, 0. 17 oz of Dry yeast 2 tbsp of Sugar 1, 2 tsp of Salt 45 g, 1. 6 oz of Butter 300 g, 10. 5 oz of Flour For the Cinnamon filling: 4 tbsp of Sugar 2 tsp of grounded Cinnamon Melted butter for greasing the dough To make Starter add sugar and yeast to warm milk and mix. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes. When the dough is ready leave it in a warm place for an hour. Bake in preheat the oven at 180 C, 356 F for about 30 minutes. Enjoy :)
