OnAir is a massively multiplayer online game where the player tries to grow his airline in a detailed environment that runs in realtime (and real weather). It can be used together with FSX, Prepar3D, Microsoft Flight Simulator and XPlane. You can try it fully featured for 15 days. Check it out at
