Mexico is experiencing an increase in kidnappings. Anyone can become a target. Official data estimates the number of people reported missing at 100, 000. Many of the them will never return home. When my daughter died, it was five in the morning. One shot here, and one here, said the father of one the victims. Today marks the International Day of the Disappeared.
