Strudli with minced meat and vegetables Ingredients dough: 1 egg 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp vegetable oil 130 ml warm water 300 g flour filling: 2 onions 3 garlic cloves 300 g ground beef salt black pepper vegetable oil 1 onion 2 carrots 1 eggplant (optional) 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 potato salt black pepper paprika green onions or other fresh herbs for serving Cooking steps: 1. In a deep bowl, mix the egg, salt, vegetable oil, warm water. Add flour and knead a soft dough. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes. 2. Grate the onion and garlic on a fine grater. Add mince, salt and black pepper. Mix well. 3. Divide the dough into 34 parts. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Lubricate the dough with a thin layer of filling. Form loose rolls. Cut the rolls into small pieces. 4. In a frying pan, fry the onion in hot vegetable oil until transparent. 5. Add carrots and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. 6. Add eggplant
