Disclaimer: You DO have to be careful when doing this and it is not for everyone If your hair is healthy and you just have a little bit of breakage from pony tails and what not, I would say to not do it It is mostly for damaged areas and people who bleach their hair (like me ) and have dead ends at all different lengths Just be the judge of that.
