15 Minute Yoga Stretch Break, Open Your Body Feel Amazing
Take a quick break from your day to stretch and open up your entire body. This 15minute all levels flow will leave you feeling calm, yet focused to help you stay productive. The class starts in tabletop to flow through cat, cow and spinal waves into cobra pose. The warm up continues with kneeling side body stretches and mini camel heartopeners. Rest in child s pose with a deep shoulder stretch and then hold downward facing dog. Practice threelegged dog, pyramid, high lunge, warrior II, triangle, reverse triangle and low lunge twist. Open the chest with cobra, upward facing dog and melting heart pose. The class ends with a seated neck stretch and a few minutes of quiet, mindful reflection.
