New Jersey Is My Home Too The second installment of the NJCDD s fourpart web series highlighting NJ residents with developmental disabilities takes us to visit Elda Sepulveda and Myrta Rosa. Both women, who now share a home on a quiet suburban street in Plainfield, NJ, are former Developmental Center residents. Now living in the community for nearly three years, the two have been been thriving pursuing their own interests and enjoying full and active lives.
