I ve been wanting to try one of these for a long time, but never they seem to be kind of hard to find. This one is Menu Smoked Meat with DemiGlace Sauce, and the entree was absolutely delicious The name of the entree doesn t make it sound all that appetizing, but the smoked meat is actually beef brisket.
