Teaching a Yoga Retreat in Paradise PART 1, ALYONA MOVES

I had an incredible opportunity to host a yoga retreat in the most beautiful place at the InterContinental Sun Peninsula Danang in Vietnam. It s a magical place where the jungle meets the sea. We had two fantastic and fun days together with my students. In this vlog, I would like to take you on the journey with us. It was the first ever retreat I hosted on my own and it s just the beginning of something really new and exciting.
