MOBILITY FLOW, , Primal Movement Bodyweight Workout
A bodyweight workout to kick off 2021 no equipment necessary. This one starts with a mobility warm up. Then we go through a circuit of 4 movements (3 rounds). Finish with cool down stretching. This is an intermediate level class. A mix of light mobility work and some flow movements. Challenging, but not a killer. Modify the movements as needed and keep it focused on quality.
