Solo Meal, 2 Cheddar Bay Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich Based on Leftovers from Episode One in this series (available here ) recipe below Ingredients: Use leftover Biscuits 1 large egg 1tsp of butter 2 slices of thickcut bacon 12 tsp of Bottarga 1 slice of Gouda 1 tsp of chopped chives Steps: 1. In a medium saute pan cook slices of bacon on medium heat until nice and crispy, 5mins then flip and cook for an additional 5 mins. 2. Remove bacon from the pan and place on paper towels to drain. 3.
