Honda Rattle, VTC actuator fix

If you get a rattle that last a few seconds in the morning this might be the fix. 20082013 Honda CRV, Accord. Compression spring size: 7, 32 x. 025 x 13, 8 long To remove the 5 point special torx box I used a small vice grip to break them loose then unscrewed them by hand.
