Spring Wild Turkey Hunt, Over the Fire Cast Iron Cooking

I have a few close calls before connecting on a wild turkey in the hardwood forests of Canada. After the hunt, I break down the turkey and braise it with vegetables in a cast iron pot on a campfire at my offgrid wilderness homestead.
