Today I am making tender ovenroasted chicken I like to call Marriage Chicken. When my husband and I were newlyweds, I made this chicken for him and he s been requesting it ever since. Some could even call this Engagement Chicken or maybe Date Night chicken. Call it what you want, because it is gonna be good either way. I cooked the chicken at 375 degrees Fahrenheit 20 minutes per pound. You ultimately need to cook until the internal temp reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
