ANTARCTIC ADVENTURES, Sir Ernest Shackleton Remembered
This year marks the 100th anniversary of Royal Naval Reservist Sir Ernest Shackletons last Antarctic adventure. He is best known of course for his incredible Endurance expedition of 1915 when he and his men survived for more than a year trapped on the ice. We spoke to Sir Ernest Shackletons granddaughter, Lady Alexandra Shackleton, about her famous ancestor and his remarkable story.
