Brothers Tyler (Lead singer and Guitarist) and Dion Heaney (Drummer) were joined by their cousin Luke Childs (Bassist) at the mere ages of 10, 8 and 12. Expanding their sound, Tyler and Dion introduced their school mate, James Cahill (Keyboardist), into The Chase unit providing a more distinct sound to the group. Inspired by their council estate roots, The Chase branded themselves after the very streets they were raised, taking influence from their local precinct named The Robin Hood
