They walk up a ramp. L, S of the Royals watching the pageant from a white porch on the Embankment. Tugboats pass; close shot. Pan left to line of canoes following tug. Pan on crowd on Embankment. A few men walk toward camera; are met by young Prince of Wales, in naval uniform. Scenes in royal box. King talking to some men; Prince puts cape on Queen Alexandra. Boats again.
