Qigong form, Shihan James Tenney

Shihan James Tenney teaching the Qigong form October 1st 2021. Shihan created this form from a different form introduced to him by Instructor Kenneth Smith when he was studying Tai Yang Lung Tao. The acronym stands for Adoration, Confession, Thankfulness, and Supplication. It is a great form that can be done in different
