Biggest Waves Ive EVER Seen at the Wedge in Newport Beach

The Wedge, Biggest Waves I ve seen there. I shot both Saturday July 4th and Sunday July 5th. I watched the surf reports for a couple weeks, saw the swell but wasn t expecting this I woke up way too early on Saturday July 4th to chase this swell hoping that it would at least bring overhead plus waves. The 4:30am alarm was worth it. Surfers include: Jamie O Brien, Blair Conklin, Brad Domke, Kenny Kuypers, Tyler Thornsley and others. I ve chased plenty of waves at the Wedge in Newport Beach but gotta admit, this swell brought some of the largest waves that I ve seen there.
