presents a fragment from the Soviet Rock band Kino (Кино) album Master of Kamchatka ( Начальник Камчатки ). The album was originally recorded in 1984. This LP was released by Moroz Records in 2012 in Germany to mark band s leader Victor Tsoi s (Виктор Цой) 50th anniversary. Victor died in 1990 in car accident.
