Cutting a 19 teeth Meccano Pinion

Using a home made, almost all Meccano gear cutter, the following video shows how the machine operates. It makes 19 seperate cuts, one per tooth, and the builtin dividing head rotates between each cut. I have prepared this video for my friends Charlie, Phil and Tim, which I will be visiting soon with samples of the gears made with this machine. I wanted to express my gratitude for their hospitality.
