Every year there is an increasing number of creative groups that get local people into the music and art world. Local Radio team has been promoting independent music for the last couple of years. They regularly conduct online broadcasts, showcases and promote their own label. As part of our research about the local Russian scene, we represent an independent online music broadcasting platform based in Voronezh, Russia Local Radio. One of the cofounders of LOCAL RADIO, an electroenthusiast and a film photography lover Misha Spektr. He started playing his first sets in 2016 and became a resident of several famous bars in Voronezh. He has also experimented with the sound in search of his own.
