Oscar De La Hoya has vowed to petition the Olympic Committee over allowing transgender males to compete in Women s boxing. De La Hoya reacted to the Angela Carini vs Imane Khelif fight. Oscar was shocked that the IOC allowed this to happen and he plans to protest this before the Olympics come to Los Angeles.
