King of the Ring Tyrone Spong Highlight (2011) SW

Tyrone King of The Ring Spong (born September 3, 1985) is a DutchSurinamese kickboxer. He is the reigning WFCA Cruiserweight Muay Thai and the former It s Showtime 95MAX World champion, and is currently being trained by K1 Legend Ernesto Hoost. Spong started out his career at Welterweight, and cleaned out all divisions to cruiserweight. He now has his sights set on a Heavyweight Championship.
