Testing Tiangong 2 for New Space Mission
Designers of China s second orbiting space lab Tiangong2 is busy engaging in testing the lab for a new space mission starting in the third quarter this year. Having completed assembly of Tiangong2, China will send the lab into space in the third quarter this year. In the fourth quarter, the country will launch the Shenzhou11 spacecraft with two astronauts on board to dock with Tiangong2. Implementing space science experiments and applications, the astronauts will stay in space for 30 days.
