China is the big international bully at the moment

The Australian Strategic Policy Institutes Peter Jennings says he cannot see any country around the world currently which is seeking to bully China. Instead, he said China is the big international bully at the moment. Mr Jennings spoke to Sky News about Chinese President Xi Jinping s recent speech, marking the 100th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party.
