India s Modi to face no confidence vote over Manipur region situation

A noconfidence vote is set to be held against Prime Minister Modis government in the Indian parliament. It was called by the country s main opposition alliance that claims Modi has failed to deal with alleged ethnically motivated violence in the eastern state of Manipur. RT s Runjhun Sharma explains.
