Radio Scanning Fake Radio Sounds on Volca Modular Song a day 2020 Feb 26th

I found a shortwave radio today at an auction which is something I ve been on the look out for since we moved as I had to either scrap my radios that weren t worth moving or sell of the decent ones to help to afford moving house in the first place. So I soon set about doing a bit of radio scanning and came across this transmission in an accent and language I don t recognise. Beautiful. The recording was dubbed over onto a 30 second tape loop and played back from my Sanyo Talkbook. The other radio sound o
