Rogue Athlete Hafthór The Mountain Björnsson set a new world in the weight over bar during the Arnold Sports Festival. The Mountain hurled a 25KG weight over his head and over a 19 5 pole. The feat took place during the Rogue Record Breakers event on Sunday after the Arnold Strongman Classic.
