1, 12th scale Xylophone

I did a bit of research before I made some xylophones a while back and learned they have been around for thousands of years. I remember I had a toy one when I was a kid and I loved it. (I probably drove my parents nuts with it but that is beside the point) I think you would be fairly safe putting one it almost any scene from almost any time in history or the future.
