Tutorial LGBTQ+ FLAGS, The Graceful Baker

Real time tutorial with voiceover I explain how I made these cookies and share the research I did on the meanings of each flag Happy LGBTQ+ Pride Month Pride Month in the US is celebrated annually in June to honor the 1969 Stonewall riots, and works to achieve equal justice and equal opportunity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer, questioning people. As an ally of the LGBTQ+ community I chose to celebrate this years pride month by featuring many of the LGBTQ+ flags, focusing on the flags that represent romantic and sexual orientations and gender identities. The cookies I made for this set were donated to Pride Center of Vermont (I was born and raised in Vermont) and I am donating a portion of the proceeds I make for content creation for this set to GLAAD (the worlds largest LGBTQ media advocacy organization). I want to give a huge shoutout to Kae Burdo who consulted on this set. Kae identifies as queer, nonbinary and demisexual, and uses pronouns they, them. T
