During the Civil War, the Confederate Army was often scrambling for provisions including lifegiving coffee. Dandelion root coffee among others (acorn, corn, persimmon) was often made as a substitute, so since my lawn is filled with them right now, I thought I d make a cup of, dandelion, coffee.
