It was this band that inspired Zack to start studying pop music. All of us are classically trained, and we grew up listening to all kinds of music. But classical music took the majority of our time. It wasnt until we were older that we started to study pop music and what makes it popular. OneRepublics songs are all so catchy, and Counting Stars especially struck a chord with us. It was our first video that we filmed outside of Arizona. We were in New York for a performance, so we thought, We have to take advantage of this and shoot a video in New York City It was a really fun day going around that great city.
