Bikini Body Workout: Day 1 Legs and Butt
This is day one of the bikini body 6 day workout. This is the butt and legs workout. Ideally you should do this on monday and thursdays (or something like that). Focus on good. Workout: Do 20 squats to warm up. 3 sets of 20 jumping squats 3 sets of 20 Stepping Back Lunge per leg 3 sets of 20 Side step lunges 3 sets of as many as you can of Side to Side Hops Rest 1 minute between each set.
