Stop Buying Dowels, DIY Dowel Jig From Plane Blade
Hello friends In this video I will create a handy and tool from a broken hand plane. This tool will save me a lot of money. I hope you enjoy It uses the blade from a hand plane, and turns scrap wood into dowels so you dont have to buy them. The angle was the hardest to figure out, but I got good results around 6 degrees. The adjustment bolts are there to hone the placement, and once adjusted, it nails the size of the dowels every time.
