Birdman vs. The Revenant, Versus

These two films couldnt be further apart on the surface, but today well take deeper look and investigate what similarities they may have, and ultimately one will emerge as the champion, adding another coveted win to an already impressive award season haul. In one corner we have Birdman, a story of a former superherocaliber actor hoping to reinvigorate his career with a Broadway comeback. In the other corner its The Revenant, a harrowing flick the centers on one man hellbent on icy cold revenge way back in 1823.
